Basically I engraved the walls of the space inside the model to create the dazzle lines. These then helped distort the object which started off from a cube.
You will notice that at certain perspectives the interior walls seem to have these black lines which are very similar to my 2D dazzle patterns. This brought forth the idea that I don't need to use colour or project patterns on the wall in order to have the dazzle pattern. The difference in the shape of the contours helped create these 'dazzle lines'.
