exhibition book mock-up using chen's patterns

title page for each camouflage presentation group

camouflage presentation summary

cover page for individual pattern study with blurb and pattern

sample of general spread containing patterns (i have all the spreads for chen's patterns but decided to only upload one as an example)

final page of individual pattern study: ends with some images of successful foil models and how they are a translation of the 2d studies (optional - if people think its necessary in which case would need you to name your 2-3 best models and write a bit more text about the move from 2d-3d)

Please comment on whether you like the general layout or if you think its too simple. I tried to incorporate the pattern as part of the graphics and will do the same for each pattern hence I would like to get the go-ahead from everyone in order to move ahead and format the whole book. thanks!

catalogue of dazzle effects

it dosent finish yet, im thinking about adding up contingent part separately by using taken model images on mirror and also trying to apply the term(laminar-non, oriented, focal or polar, etc) in this catalogue but quite confusing.
vertical axis also should be simpler than now. so.. confusing @..@

Tutorials 031109

Catalogues are on their way... in the meantime...

Ruo develops some additional models with false and manipulated perspective

Also disruptive spaces- with varying angles of view

Ula presented laminated solids with complex cavities

Royce showed a series of explorations about patterns hidden within the background- revealed at specific moments of view

Foil Catalogue

tree diagram showing the families of models and their relationship to one another - for the naming system, I tried to adapt the scientific nomenclature by allowing the names to go from the general to the specific.
matrix of effects: a mapping of primary effects (vertical axis) and secondary effects (horizontal axis)
with a list of model names at the end of each column.

Both pages still need some more work and I have some other evolutionary diagrams that I still have to layout but I wanted to get some feedback on what I have so far and whether this was in keeping with the 3rd brief.
